Federal need sparked the invention of Job Order Contracting in 1981. Since then Job Order Contracting has been developed and implemented for the United States Army, Air Force and the Navy. We continue to provide services for many Air Force and Army bases worldwide. Additionally, we have served the United States Postal Service (USPS) since 2002.
