From the New York Department of Environmental Protection to the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission, our water/wastewater clients are using Job Order Contracting in a myriad of different projects, from simple maintenance to pipeline upgrades and retrofits. Using Gordian JOC, they are able to maintain both high quality facilities and meet the needs of the municipalities that they serve.
New York City Department of Environmental Protection, Bureau of Waste Water Treatment has been using Job Order Contracting since 1999 for projects involving actuators, pumps, settlement tanks, valves, grinders and roofs. They are expanding their program into water and sewer operations and water supply.
