Our philosophy is to start out aggressively and stay ahead of schedule. Our team of JOC Experts will shepherd each project through the entire process from start to finish. We will be available to you and your staff 24/7 and will make sure that each project is completed and prioritized according to your needs.
Constant Evaluation and Measurement
Accountability is paramount to the success of any program. We create customized tracking reports for each JOC Contractor and each Gordian Project Manager. Then we hold regular meetings to make sure that timelines are being met and projects are on track. Then we let you know what is going on. Everybody stays in the loop, and there is a fully auditable paper trail for the entire Job Order Contracting program.
Continuous Improvement
What good is tracking if you don’t do anything with it? We use our reporting tools, along with our relationships with you and the contractors to find those places where we can do better. Then we make the necessary changes. Then we find other areas for improvement and make those changes. We try never to be satisfied and to always be on the lookout for ways to enhance our efficiency.
