Program Implementation & Training
Now, the fun begins. Gordian JOC Experts will be there every step of the way to get the program up and running. What does that mean?
First and foremost, more training! Our Master Training Program covers everything, with training modules including: JOC Overview, JOC Terms and Conditions, Execution Procedures and PROGEN. We even have refresher modules to serve as a workshop to take care of specific questions your staff may have. So in depth is our training program that we call it "JOC University."
We begin with an in-depth training of your staff. Like every other step in our process, we customize what we do in order to maximize flexibility and effectiveness in what we deliver to you. We do not give canned sessions, and we present your curriculum in modules so trainees can focus on the pieces of the puzzle that matter most to them. In the end , we cover everything, from your procedures to PROGEN, and we will conduct as many sessions as you deem necessary to bring everybody up to speed.
Additionally, we spend extensive amounts of time with your contractors to put them on the same page as your staff. Up front, we ensure that your partners understand how the process works and what the expectations will be. As we ease into mobilization, Gordian also remains there to assist with any issues that may arise.
As we launch your Job Order Contracting program, we know that there will be headaches as everybody adjust to a new way of doing things. The first few months of any program are some of the most critical, and we will be there to help you at every step. Gordian will maintain a daily, onsite presence with your team to help you navigate the nascent stages of your solution and to ensure your long term success.
