If the Program is the framework, the documents are the foundation. Starting with your customized Construction Task Catalog and Technical Specifications, and moving on to contracts and bid documents, we will work with you and your staff to develop the tightest documentation possible.
At this critical step, the details really matter. A complete, comprehensive set of documents serves as our guide in the implementation of and in the day to day management of your program. The answer to any question you may have resides within the documentation. How are job orders approved? Check the execution procedures. What are the standards for a particular task? Check the technical specifications.
As with the development of your program on the whole, our experts carry out an exhaustive review of your policies, procedures and statutes and incorporate them into the documentation. That way, there are no loop holes, uncertainties or gray areas. The program development tells us what your Job Order Contracting solution will do, and the documentation guides us as to how it will be done.
