Can our solutions be used for large, capital projects that involve millions of dollars, heavy design, and last months if not years? Technically, yes, but our system is best used in other ways.
Job Order Contracting, at its core, is intended to help organizations complete repairs, maintenance and minor new construction projects. These are the jobs that, for whatever reason, get neglected, pile up on desks and end up becoming more difficult to accomplish than they should. They also make up a large amount of the workload of every facility and infrastructure owner in existence. What we do is help those owners become more efficient so that they can perform their duties at the highest level.
